Holes comeback 'Nobodys Daughter' is Courtneys best work to date... and last time I checked when a CD charts it's a hit especially if it's in the top 20. I don't know why there is all this talk that it isn't off to a great start. Most bands would kill for a chart entry like that, and "Skinny Little Bitch" is getting serious radio spins here in Canada and for good reason. It's actually a good song, tho not the best on the CD by far.
What Are Your Favorite Songs From 'Nobody's Daughter'?
Samantha is an anthem, pure and simple. "Pacific Coast Highway" is a big moving track, 'Nobodys Daughter' has a smooth groove "Someone Elses Bed" and "Honey" are also noteworthy.
What Songs Don't You Like?
"Letter To God" written by Linda Perry is a great song.... but it's not like the rest of the tracks on the album in the sense you can listen to them on repeat all night long and still get off.
What Albums Does 'Nobody's Daughter' Remind You Of?
A real honest to god rock album. Its PACKED with singles, grit and melody. You can't ask for more.
