Rage Against the Machine at the DNC in Denver

On August 27, 2008, Rage Against the Machine played to an estimated crowd of 9,000 at the Denver Coliseum during the Democratic National Convention, which was being held at the nearby Pepsi Center. Protesting the Iraq War, the group performed such well-known staples as "Bulls on Parade" and "Killing in the Name" before joining an antiwar march lead by Iraq Veterans Against the War.
