This week's Billboard Rock Songs chart features bands from South Africa, Australia, and the U.K. But by and large American bands rule the roost -- especially the top spot.
10. Sick Puppies - "Riptide"
This week's sole debut in the Top 10 comes from Sick Puppies with their track "Riptide." It's off the band's 2009 album, Tri-Polar.
9. Linkin Park - "Waiting for the End"
This could be the last week in the Top 10 for "Waiting for the End." The Linkin Park tune got as high as No. 2, but this week it drops one spot to No. 9.
8. Papa Roach - "Burn"
Papa Roach move up one place this week with "Burn." The hard rock quartet are currently on the road with Escape the Fate.
7. Incubus - "Adolescents"
Incubus hold at No. 7 for a second week. "Adolescents" is the first single off If Not Now, When?, which is due out July 12.
6. Cage the Elephant - "Shake Me Down"
Cage the Elephant's former No. 1, "Shake Me Down," had been hanging at No. 5 for three weeks: This week, the track drops a spot. But good news, guys: "Shake Me Down" made my list of 2011's best rock songs.
5. The Black Keys - "Howlin' for You"
The Black Keys and Cage the Elephant will be touring together in June. This week on our chart, the bands swap spots, with "Howlin' for You" moving up one place.
4. Mumford & Sons - "The Cave"
"The Cave" fell from No. 2 to No. 4 last week, perhaps signaling that the track was on its way out. But the Mumford & Sons single holds steady this week, even enjoying an increase in sales and radio play.
3. Seether - "Country Song"
"Country Song" jumped up to No. 2, but this week the Seether hit stalls a bit, falling back a notch. With the group's new disc coming out May 17, it would seem likely that "Country Song" will be hanging tough over the next few weeks on our chart.
2. Rise Against - "Help Is on the Way"
Rise Against had been twiddling their thumbs for four weeks at No. 3. Not anymore: "Help Is on the Way" finally reaches No. 2 this week.
1. Foo Fighters - "Rope"
Foo Fighters make it a perfect 10: Their single "Rope" entered our chart 10 weeks ago, and for all 10 weeks it's been No. 1. The group will no doubt be celebrating when they hit the road starting May 17.
