This week's Top 10 Billboard Rock Songs chart is one for the history books. A song has now tied for the record for longest-running track at No. 1. Want a hint? It's also up for a few Grammys.
10. Three Days Grace - "World So Cold"
The general downward trajectory for "World So Cold" continues. The Three Days Grace song tumbles two spots this week.
9. Avenged Sevenfold - "Welcome to the Family"
This week's only debut comes from Avenged Sevenfold, who return to the countdown with "Welcome to the Family." They'll be one of the bands playing at this year's Rock on the Range.
8. My Chemical Romance - "Sing"
After jumping onto the chart a few weeks ago, My Chemical Romance continue their slide. "Sing" drops two notches.
7. Disturbed - "The Animal"
"The Animal" got as high as No. 6, but for the last two weeks the Disturbed single has been mired at No. 7. This is the second single off Asylum to hit the Top 10.
6. Alter Bridge - "Isolation"
Alter Bridge had been working their way up the chart, but this week "Isolation" drops one spot. The band will start a U.S. tour on April 21.
5. Mumford & Sons - "Little Lion Man"
What on earth is going on with "Little Lion Man"? A few weeks ago, the Mumford & Sons cut had fallen out of the Top 10. This week, it's our high climber, moving up five spots.
4. Neon Trees - "Animal"
Like Mumford & Sons, Neon Trees refuse to bow out. After looking like they were running out of gas, the Utah combo have returned to the upper rungs of the countdown, landing at No. 4 for a second straight week.
3. Linkin Park - "Waiting for the End"
Linkin Park performed "Waiting for the End" during their appearance on Saturday Night Live on February 5. For the second straight week, the single sits at No. 3.
2. Cage the Elephant - "Shake Me Down"
"Shake Me Down" is the No. 1 song on the Alternative Songs chart. But here on the Rock chart, Cage the Elephant stays at No. 2 for a second straight week.
1. The Black Keys - "Tighten Up"
For the 12th week, "Tighten Up" is the No. 1 song on the Rock chart. The last artists to do that were Three Days Grace with "Break" and Linkin Park with "New Divide." If the Black Keys grab the top spot one more time, they'll be the new record-holders on the chart.
